Watchers

Glen Avon Baseball Field in Duluth Minnesota is usually a quiet place.  But on June 29, 2008, that all changed.  A local t-ball game was taking place between two little league teams.  The hot dogs were hot, and the parents were riled up. So riled up in fact, that no one seemed to notice Santa Claus himself sitting silently in the HOME dugout of the field adjacent to the one being used. LINK

The game was in it's second inning, and the Tigers were up to bat. Everyone grew silent as they watched a large red dot running across the field towards home plate. By the time their eyes adjusted he had stopped, smack dab on target. People were in shock to see Mr.Claus himself standing behind the plate, panting from the sprint. When he caught his breath he started belting out the words to the well known christmas song "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" only to collapse on the ground moments later in tears.LINK

"I just don't understand," said Mrs.Hull, mother to Henry who plays on the Tigers team. 'He's always been a quiet man, Mr. Claus. He's never been one to interupt things or make a scene."
Spectators believe this incident was part of Claus' grieving process. He was recently seen at the grave of Rudolph who died in an accident In Iraq last December.

Mr. Claus is now being treated at a near-by hospital.
